not my experience.they always helped me straight away on chat and also with shipping to the netherlands..was cheap and fast.
Even if they do talk to you they will talk circles around you. Their customer service is terrible.

The company is a joke when it comes to care and customer service. Get the competitive product I spent $105 on shipping and had to fight to get my product in the end which is not working anyway.
Do not use this company . You will be disappointed and their lack of care goes right through to their 'customer service manager ' who is just smug.
